Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION BY GUEST: All reservations canceled are subject to a cancellation charge of $50.00. Reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, 60 days prior to hholidays,no refund will be made if the home is not rerented for reserved period. If the home is rerented all monies will be refunded less the $50.00 cancellation charge. SHORTENED
STAYS: Since a privately owned property has been reserved
for your use, no refunds will be made for early departures. |
