between bedroom and bathroom. The second Master suite with Queen four poster bed with ocean view sitting area. Two additional bedrooms with one queen bed in each. Plasma tvs with cable service and dvd players in every bedroom. Home theatre room with 50" plasma t.v., six home theatre chairs, and a queen sofa sleeper. Kitchen and Great room with gorgeous ocean and golf course views overlooking the seventh hole on the famous Bodega Harbour Links. Great room also has a queen sofa sleeper,and a gas fireplace. Kitchen to die for! All commercial grade appliances. Thermador 6 burner cooktop with griddle, double Miele ovens, Sub Zero 48" frig, fully stocked kitchen with all the gadgets. 7' spa, gas bbq, Ping Pong Table, Outdoor Firepit with seating for 4, within walking distance to two beaches! No 3 for 2 specials.

June, July, and August – One week minimum until May 1. Then fill in with shorter reservations. No price break for weekly stays during these months. First 2 nights $1714.01, each additional night $670.09, plus 11% tax. Friday to Friday check in, check out for these months while we are requesting one week minimum.

All holidays 15% premium on entire stay.
